Matt Czajkowski

Mr. Czajkowski was elected to the Chapel Hill Town Council in 2007. He earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Czajkowski is a resident of Chapel Hill.

Dr. Jennifer Conrad

Dr. Conrad is the Mary Farley Ames Lee Distinguished Professor of Business at the Kenan Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina. She received her B.A. from Butler University and both her M.B.A. and Ph.D in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago. She is a resident of Chapel Hill.

Lawrence T. Loeser

Mr. Loeser is the President & CEO of Harrington Bank. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is also the Chairman of Downtown Durham, Inc. and a member of the Carol Woods Retirement Community Board of Directors. Mr. Loeser is a resident of Chapel Hill.

John R. McAdams

Mr. McAdams is the owner of The John R. McAdams Company, a land planning/engineering company with offices in Research Triangle Park and Charlotte. He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his M.B.A. from Duke's Fuqua School of Business. Mr. McAdams is a resident of Chapel Hill.

Michael J. Giarla

Mr. Giarla is the Chairman of Smith Breeden Associates, an investment management and advisory firm. He holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Mr. Giarla is a resident of Chapel Hill.

Alexander T. Arapoglou

Mr. Arapoglou joined the Board of Directors in 2011. He is a Professor at the Kenan Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina, and is also a principal of Aland Corporation, based in Durham. He received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from McGill University and his M.B.A. from UNC Kenan-Flagler. Mr. Arapoglou resides in Durham.
