Q. Are Harrington Bank
deposit accounts FDIC insured?
A. Yes, each individual
consumer customer is insured by the FDIC up to the maximum limits. For more

Q. How do I set up Direct
Deposit of my payroll check?
A. If your employer
participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide Harrington Bank's
routing and transit number and your account number to the human resources or
payroll department at your company. The best way to do this is to give your
employer a voided check from your account.
Q. How do I set up Direct
Deposit of my Social Security check?
A. You will need to
contact the Social Security Administration directly at 1-800-772-1213 for
further information.
Q. Can I get information
about my accounts by phone?
A. Yes, information on
any of your accounts is available 24 hours a day by calling Harrington
InfoLink, our free, confidential account access phone system, at 1-877-967-BANK
(1-877-967-2265). Please contact a Harrington Bank representative during normal
business hours at (919) 945-7800 if you would like more information about
InfoLink.
If you are a Harrington Online Banking customer, you
can also access your accounts anytime via any standard internet connection by
going to www.bankatharrington.com.
Q. May I apply for any
accounts online?
A. At this time, due to
concerns about our customers privacy, we have chosen not to offer online
account applications. Please call us at (919) 945-7800 to request an
application or come by our main office to fill out an application in
